D2 Digitizer
Provel digitizers have been in world wide use since 1991. The Provel d2 Digitizer is a fully automated prosthetic limb socket digitizer for capturing the internal shape of residual limb casts up to 14 inches in diameter and 20 inches in length. It can also be used to duplicate existing sockets. The d2 is constructed of stainless steel and features one-button digitizing, fully automated measuring, landmark sensing, speed control, multiple file storage, and a high resolution direct drive encoder for high accuracy. True stand-alone capability, it only requires connection to the computer for downloading files. Automatic calibration verification for each digitizing cycle assures the user of reliable data. The d2 captures substantially more data points with greater accuracy than hand held scanners. Works with Provel Digitize to create industry standard AOP files.
