E2.20 Extrusion Printer
The Provel E2.20 is a fully automated 3 axis CNC servo extrusion printer designed to quickly and accurately print sockets using polypropylene copolymer pellets. Self contained pellet feed supplies pellets as needed to the extruder. Reliable, fast, and easy to use. Simply create an STL file, send it to the printer with ProvelPrint (included), and press Start. Activated carbon exhaust filter. Supplied with socket printing accessories. Suitable for clinics of all sizes including central fabs. ProvelPrint is browser based, so no installation is required. GoogleChrome is recommended.
ProvelPrint
ProvelPrint is used for printing prosthetic sockets with the Provel E2.20 Pellet Extrusion Printer. Shape files may be created by scanning patient anatomy or by casting the residual limb and digitizing with a cast digitizer. After modification in CAD, the resulting STL file can be opened in ProvelPrint to generate a print file for the printer.
